Welcome to my blog.
I'm honored to have you visit and I hope it is worthwhile.
Born in Argentina of Italian born parents, immigrated to the U.S. in 1976. Love living in the U.S. with all its possibilities which afforded me many opportunities.
When our first child was a toddler, I discovered scrapbooking and with the hundreds of cute, beautiful photos I was taking to capture her growing and discovering years, I was thoroughly enjoying building memories for her and our future generations. I continued with our second born and now have piles of memories all captured in scrapbooks made with love. It brings such pleasure seeing my son and daughter look through these scrapbooks regularly with such delight.
This awakened my love of crafting with paper that I had as a child but hadn't really persued. In the recent years, I've moved on to other paper arts, including altered art, collage and mixed media. Next up, jewelry making.
Love re-purposing things to use around the house, my craft room and for art. I'm inspired by all the internet blogs of other crafters and artists and I enjoy learning every day. Discovering tutorials and videos to learn everything I can and be inspired is one of my favorite pastimes.

Currently, I've been teaching myself altered art, collage, mixed media and drawing.
That all seems to go perfectly with my attraction to re-purposing things to use around the house and for my need to make some sort of art. I'm amazed and thoroughly enjoy looking through gobs of other artists' blogs; there's such beauty out there!!
I'm drawn to elegant styles, soft shades, shabby chic, lots of white, romantic styles, cream roses, cream tulle, pearls, old Hollywood and all its glamorous fashions. I'm an avid TCM, Fox News and reality TV shows watcher.
Enjoy your creative journey!
